That is how we do it. We work on a contingent basis with all of our clients. There is absolutely no fee to our clients unless they actually hire a candidate that we send them. We believe that we should prove our worth before getting paid for it. Why? Simply put it keeps us honest. We are not a resume clearing house, our goal is to send you the right candidate the first time all the time.
